I have been working as a therapist for over 15 years now and have extensive training behind me. In that time I have had the privilege to work with many people in therapy, and have worked with many different issues that people have presented with, including all of the issues listed.
When you come to therapy, you will find a safe, friendly, nonjudgmental atmosphere. Which hopefully will allow you to relax and enable to explore, express or confront whatever it is that has brought you to therapy. I will encourage, support, gently and respectfully challenge you in order for you to live the life YOU want.
