Lubov is an accredited counsellor and psychotherapist working in an integrative approach. Lubov provides therapy in English, Russian and can also support clients who speak Brazilian Portuguese and Hebrew.
Seeking therapy can be a vulnerable and challenging step, especially if you have felt misunderstood or Isolated in the past. But you don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. Lubov’s goal is to offer you a space where you feel seen and heard and where your unique experiences and identity are respected and valued.
Background
Before becoming a psychotherapist, Lubov travelled a lot and lived in three different countries, each offering its own unique cultural landscape. These diverse environments exposed her to wide range of perspectives and ways of life, deepening her understanding of human behaviour and emotions. Her previous work as a literary translator further sharpened her ability to connect with others across cultural and linguistic boundaries.
These experiences have given her profound appreciation for the richness of the human experience which she knows brings into her therapy practice she’s dedicated to helping clients their own unique with empathy and insight informed by a truly global perspective.
Qualifications
Lubov holds a BA(Hons.) in Counselling and Psychotherapy from ICHAS. She is an accredited member of NAPCP and abides by their standards and code of ethics. She engages in regular supervision and personal psychotherapy.
